Happy Aniversary to me and AFBLUE

Got my AF Blue Mustang 11 years ago today.

67,400 miles later and we are still together

Please don't mention to her that I'm looking to replace her soon. It might hurt her feelings

Just make sure she goes to a good home, I would never be able to do that to my baby.

When I lived in Nebraska and Canada I only drove it half the year. Also when you are in the military and deployed a lot you're not home to drive it.

My 2 year son will be sad to see AFBLUE go. When I come home after work, he runs by me chanting mstang! mstang!. He then sits in my car and plays with all the buttons (up to half an hour). I have to ensure I check everything after he is done to make sure he doesn't run my battery down overnight.

Maybe I should save it for him. That way when I get a new one and won't let him play in it, he will have his own mustang to play in. Only problem is where to keep it. I've got a 2 car garage and only enough room for 1 car.

I think you should keep! That'd be really cool. You could always build another garage.

Same thing that I plan on doing with my first born. (which isn't even born yet, but that's besides the point...) I'm planning on keeping my 2000 GT until he/she gets his/her license. Right now she has under 40k miles on her so if I keep her running good, she should have about 150k by the time she's ready to be given away.

Put AF Blue in the back yard or in the drive way. Either way get a tarp.

True. I could ask my dad to hold it for me. He's got more room at his house.

Keep the car. Find a way to save it for your son.

I think is would be absolutely freaking awesome if you could save it for your son. Let us know how your father responds
