What gears are better 3.73 or 3.55?

 

They are really close, the 3.55s have a few less rpm at cruising than the 3.73s. Really if you drove a car with 3.73s long enough you really wouldn't feel the difference between them. for what its worth I run 3.73s. either are good imo.

 

Ok are 24lb injectors worth it for a mildly modded car

 

need more info. what year, motor and mods. ie heads are they stock or aftermarket, cam etc.

with those mods you need to be running atleast 24s and a tune. are you still running the stock fuel pump?

 

Havent put car together all parts are still in boxes and I have not even looked into fuel pumps

 

255lph pump, 75mm maf, 24lb injectors and a tune. The maf will come with a calibration but there can be driveability issues, keep in mind the aftermarket sells a 'scaled' or 'skewed' maf/samle tube to trick the ecm when using a different size injector. IMO the best option is to have a proper tune, ecm recalibration, no guessing... done.
