Finally getting around to to getting my 3.55s installed. The local dealership is telling me it will take around 5-6 hours to do the swap. at 70 bucks an hour that is not exactly cheap. I am also having them replace all the bearings and stuff for good measure and change out the speedo gear. I tend to trust these guys becasuse i worked there for 4 years and they are even still giving me an employee discount on the parts. What do you guys think?

It takes normally about 3 hours for someone who knows what tehy are doing. I would talk to a local speed shop in your area. Where are you located, maybe we could recommend some.

I've heard that some of the performance "chips" can correct the speedometer. Does anyone know more about this?
