DOES ANYONE OUT THERE IN THE WORLD OF MUSTANGS KNOW WHAT THE STOCK REAR RATIO IN AN 01 GT CONV. IS? I AM LOOKING AT NEW 3.55s. I WANT TO KEEP THE CAR AS A DAILY DRIVER BUT I WANT TO ADD A LITTLE MORE BANG. WOULD YOU SUGGEST 3.55s OR 3.73s. THANKS

 

3.27 is the stock.

 

if its a street car, 5-speed i say go with 3.73's. automatic you can go with 3.73's, but 4.10's give more a noticible SOTP difference.
I would not go with 3.55's at all. You will not notice that much of a difference on a 4.6L

4.10 gears would be good, especially being a daily driver. I would go lower IMO like 4.88 but as a street car 4.10s are the best bet for a noticable bang.
