Yeah thats Tim and Steves car. They are partners on it. I thought it looked better before with the single but who cares its simple one bad ****. One of my friends does the headwork on the car. Steve Petty is the brains behind this car. If your ever wanting some pimp motor work look him up. He just built my best friends motor and should make around 800 to the flywheel.

 

Yeah i've heard of Steve. Acctually a guy I know here in Birmingham, I think his son works with them. The guy here is Robert Woods and I think his sons name is Chris Woods.

 

I dont know Chris. I know Joey and Dillard . They both work for him. Steve is one of the coolest people you will ever meet. He is just a good old southern boy with a lotta motor knowledge. He can also tune fast really good. I will give it to them they can flat out put a race car together.

 

I could be wrong on Roberts sons name.

Interesting Turbo placement. I've never seen that before. Where is the intercooler? Down below?

 

No its inside of the car. This is a outlaw 10.5 car. This isnt a street ride. I think its on his passenger side if not its behind the seats. I love the tag above his turbo's."Displacement Replacement" .

 

I saw the video of him running the 6.96 at 207mph on 10.5 tires. It was sick!!!

I've seen it, and just haven't gotten around to posting. I thought a sub-7sec pass would come at some point, but his snuck up on me.

 

Yah, I was Shocked, Now we will wait for the Drag Radial Class to run consistent 7s, I thought Dan Millen would be the one to run the first 10.5 tire 6 second pass, He already ran a 7 second 200mph pass.

 

Did anyone notice how smooth it got down the track? Looked like it was on a rail. Btw the car was dtuned on that pass. It has way more left in it. Traction limited that is.
