He better hope hes got good insurance. Whoever that is that he hit in the rear will probably start looking for a personal injury lawyer.

Can be fixed but will take a lot looks like the passenger side frame rail is totally smashed in would need a whole new front section have it measured on a frame machine to see if it's really repairable

Sad it happened but very happy he is okay. I wouldn't fix it, it look like there are some ripple in the roof on the passenger side. some things just need to let go and this is one of them. she can be donor so that other can live on

That is a bummer, I have always felt that the 96-98 Cobras where some of the best looking and performing of the breed. I'm glad the driver wasn't seriously hurt and makes me feel a little safer as an sn95 owner knowing that someone can walk away from that kind of damage.
