Does anyone know how many Orange Mach 1's were made in 03-04? I'm in the market for a Mach and I was leaning towards Azure Blue, until I was driving to work on Sunday and passed a Comp Orange Mach 1

That color is SICK!!!!

i always wanted a White Mach 1.. but man only 1511 of those...i wonder how man of those are manual. that would be even less.

 

White Machs are sick! I've seen only one in the past few years. Sadly, it was in a junk yard from an engine fire...

 

Don't sway from the Azure...the true Mach 1 color! Seriously though, if I was to have purchased an '04 instead of my '03, I prob would have ordered Comp Orange.

 

Hey, I'm not against an Azure Blue....I test drove one a couple weeks back and loved the color and would be extremely happy with it...but that Comp Orange just took my breath away...lol

 

Comp Orange is amazing! There are two white ones where I live. I had a chance to drive one of them. It was an auto which is probably very rare. I want a Mach 1 so bad.

 

AHHH Yes. The Comp Orange. I am the proud owner of a 2004 Comp Orange. Its only a lowly V-6 I got new for 13,000 but I have since done the Mach 1 Mods (grille delete, chin and rear spoilers and Mach Wheels) and she is a beauty.

They are hard to find (I have only seen one Orange Mach (just this Morning actually) but oddly there have been 3 or 4 on EBAY the last several months, all 5spd with really low miles. Worth a look if you are comfortable with that kind of purchasing experience.

Have to tell you though...that Azure Blue is pretty...and remember, that is the only model you can get that color on!!

 

If I break down and go the ebay route, I'll probably end up hiring one of those services to check the car out first.

 

Which Sucks. I love your car more than both of mine together.

 

Dealership here locally has one. Its an automatic. Also a good size chip of paint is missing from the flat black area of the hood

Scot, I read your post quickly and got really happy....then I realized you were talking about Performance White....I actually had the phone in my hand, I kid you not...

But It's either going to be Comp Orange or Azure Blue for me.

I saw a guy with an Azure Blue in the mall parking lot the other day....God the tone from the exhaust was AMAZING!

 

There is a Yellow Mach 1 on my street (started seeing it a week ago)... it is amazing to look at.
I would get a "light" color (Blue, White, Orange, Yellow) to go with those black accents!

Yep, already signed up there! I've been looking around on the internet and the prices I've been finding for Comp Orange Mach 1's are completely outrageous! I've actually seen someone asking over 30k for a bone stock one!

I'm taking a ride over to a dealer this week in Horsham, Pa...they apparently have one on the lot, and the sticker on it is about $24k, which I've seen that people played less than that brand new. Sounds like I'll be doing some hard negotiation....I'll just have to nitpik the car to death.

 

Scot, if you would, keep an eye out for CO....there are a number AB's for sale in the area, so coming acress one of those doens't seem to be too much of an issue.
