I'm curious, and could care less one-way or the other, but why do some feel the splitter is rice? Do you think the splitter is 'rice' on the Cobra R? Again not trying to start a 'rice' war, just curious.

I like the splitter on the Mach, the 'R' spoiler is a bit much. However, in my opinion they both look great on the Cobra R.

Just looking for discussion.

I think it looks a little too low when compared with the rest of the car. Maybe if the side kirts were that low. it might look a little better, but honestly, Id have to see it. Also, I'm not crazy about the splitter sticking out past the bumper. Maybe if the lower part of the front bumper cover went 'in' further and the tip of the splitter was even with the front of the bumper, I think it would look a little better.

Any chop volunteers?

Not really liking that on the mach. Just kid big and blah. I'd have to see it in person, but I think Rob was right -- it sits too low in comparision to the rest of the car.

I like it. As a matter o fact, I love it. It just adds a 'style' that I like.

on the R yes, but i guess it doesnt sit right to me. maybe paint the lower lip black and see then. just makes the mach front too big. and it would def look better with side skirts to even out the body just my penny's worth

The other day I heard....the hood scoop on the GT is American rice.

How many imports have hood scoops?
Civic? Integra? RSX? Accord? RX-8? Eclipse?

The Celica and Subaru do, but I'm pretty sure the Subaru is a legit scoop(as far as function over looks).

Not trying to start a rice war either, but it gets out of hand sometimes.
