Catch Can Filling Too Fast

Hey guys, my son in law has a '99 GT, built motor, heads, cams, Procharger which we just finished up and has not been tuned yet...just started and run a handful of times and driven very little trying to button things up.

The catch can is plumbed from the passenger side PCV valve to the can, from the can to the throttle body close to intake manifold. The driver's side valve cover has a hose from it to a fitting just after the CAI. The catch can is filling way too fast. I'm talking about driving the car a few miles and it gets at least half full. My blown '05 is plumbed the same way without issues.

Something is causing excessive blow by. Lot of miles on the engine? Broken ring?

The motor is fresh. I ended up blocking off the throttle body fitting and re-routing that hose to the air filter manifold. That slowed down the oil build up, but it's still too much. Gonna do a compression test tomorrow and pull the valve cover to see what baffle set up if any is in there.

This is the inside of the 4.6L3V cam cover. I would imagine its pretty much the same.

I figured it out yesterday. No baffle in the valve cover so we removed the driver's side cover which has a baffle and modified the top opening to accept a PCV grommet and all is well.
