Looks like a good price for a car that looks like it's been taken care of. Just a warning, though: you're going to get a lot of negative feedback on the graphics and rear wing.

 

Yea, looks like a great car and a good price, but that wing is ugly.

Low mileage, etc. Can't go wrong ... But Brad's right. You'll take some heat for the graphics and the wing. (The wing especially so). Just be prepared to either swap the wing back or live with peoples comments.

 

What color (interior/exterior/graphics, etc.) is the car?

Also, what mods does it have?

 

As a 97 GT owner, please get rid of the wing after you buy it. Not a bad price for a vert with that low number of miles. That's if everything else looks good.

 

Also.....I don't know if it's just me but it really look like it needs a set of springs.

 

Nice car...if you can get rid of the wing. That's the only thing I have against it...even the graphics aren't TOO bad! But, hey...enjoy it ok!

 

What they said about the price and the wing... Find out what your insurance would be before you buy it, though. It probably won't be pretty. You might be better off getting a V-6 as a first car, and then move up to a GT later when you've had some more experience driving. It'd still be better than the 4 cylinder that I started with.

 

i don't know, this is the only ad I've seen... and it isn't in color so, ya know... I should call this guy... but I beleive it is Moonlight Blue... another user on this site has the same graphics on his blue stang so I'm guessin its the same... I dunno about the wing you guys, I don't like the normal stang verts because without a spoiler, they look too plain. I would rather have a Coupe than just that.

 

You don't like the lower wing that game stndard on the GT's?

 

It's a Boss, make it as flamboyant and obnoxious as possible.

 

Is that a legit Boss Shinoda or just stripes? What mods. If you buy it you might like to have an expert run diagnostics on it. Better safe than sorry.

 

yeah i agree with bullitt for that much money...its a good price but anything above 3-4 g's i would invest 40-50 bucks to have a good mechanic put it on a lift and check it out and pull the codes and see if it shows anything.

Well, as soon as you do get any information from the guy, let us know, because that would be one heck of a first car. And why wouldn't the guy take you seriously just because of your age, a sale is a sale.

 

You got a point... but still three years is a while to wait... and I've found other 'stangs for much cheaper... although style wise this beats 'em easy
