I'm assuming that the brake light in the dash comes on cause of the anti-lock but for some reason the light seems to be coming on more often even when I'm braking normal. Should I be worried something is going out?

 

The brake light will come on if you are low on brake fluid. I had one of my calipers leaking and my fluid got low and the light would come on. I would top it off and the light would go out. Did this till i could fix the leak.
