beware of blue oval industries

if anyone out there is thinking about doing buisness with this company. think twice. i recently ordered a new front bumper for my 95 gt when i recieved it it was well packaged but when i took all the wrapping off there were deep scratches on the passenenger side. i called them up the man was quick and rude. i was told to send it back say i refused shippment so i did it went back same day i got. well been 2 weeks now and 2 phone calls. i have been givin NO refund. i call them up tis week and guy was quick again said it would be handled this past saturday. guess what i called no answer. go to their website. guess what. they were closed. hmmm. wtf. so they will be givin another call first thing tommarrow morning after i file a complaint against them with the better buisness bureau so my project has been sitting for now. after the fact i looked on line and found many complaints against blue oval industries. well they can add another to their growing list. so u fellow stangers out there BEWARE. do ur research first. i learned the hard way.

Forget that - If you returned the item with no refund, call the PD and file a fraud report; get a copy and fax it to them.

Call your bank and do a charge back/dispute the purchase.

You should be able to contact the state attorney general where they operate from. Also worth while posting your review of them on Yelp, google, etc. It's sad to have to be retaliatory, but being factual about it all could at the very least help future potential buyers.
