Okay, I am really paranoid about being accused of ricing. I was wondering if you think that if I added a dual guage pod if it would be too ricey? Eh, or neh?

What guages ya gonna put in there? I only say ricey if you have a 5" autometer tach and your car is an automatic :P

...or your have fuel pressure gauges and a boost gauge, and all you have is a 'tornado' intake system.

I was thinking about adding a big round clock and a nice compass cluster on my car.

Yeah, it's rice unless you actually have mods on the car that require the extra attention. E.g. forced induction.

Form follows function.

B) If it wasnt for the real muscle cars and aftermarket gauges, the ricer would not even have pods to mount their fake air to fuel gauges.

You sure that is not a super advanced Jet Fighter?

That really is shocking.

In answer to your original question about the gauges. Do you really need them?? If yes, go for it, if it is just for looks and will not actually serve any functional purpose (even if they work), That is rice.

my 2p
