99 mustang gt 35th limited edition

Yes I am a proud owner of one of these! I recently wrecked my baby though and I need to replace the bumper and hood. Problem is that I can't seem to find the ones that look like the original. Am I gonna have to put on a different one since these cars had limited features?

I'd need to see before pics, but I didnt think that the 99's have anything different bumper/hood wise. My 40th is standard GT stuff

I didn't either until I started reading and researching about my car. I found several articles that said that everything was the same under the hood, it was the appearance that had been changed a little.

I'm sure I could be wrong, but I don't see anything outside of normal.

mine with Mach grille and chin spoiler, but the bumper appears the same

Yes I believe your right about the bumper, the only difference is that my hood scoop (white) is taller than the regular gt (yellow). Thats a big relief though because my bumper is trashed but my hood may be repairable!

The hood is the same, its just the extra scoop attached to the hood. if you can't find the 35th anniversary scoop can you take the one off your old wrecked hood? or is that damaged too?

I'm prettttttty sure the 35th has the same hood as the 01-04. So fine one on CL! The bumpers are the same, you can get replacements from am or 50resto.

Does the bumper come with the black foam or does that get put on at a shop?

Its a seperate piece, which is actually the bumper, the other part is just the bumper cover.
