hey,

i bought my mustang used (95 GT 5-speed) and i could tell its been in a fender bender and the headlight was a little out of place. Plus theres no grille, there's still the chrome pony, but no grille. so i'm wonderin did a 95 mustang come with a grille from the factory, and she lost it in her accident, or did it never have one? i know theres replacement ones you can buy, but i'm just curious if they came on the 94-95 stock. like always, any help is much appreciated, thanx.

hey, congrats on your new car. i own a 95 gt too, i have headers x pipe and cat backs. i used ford racings ceramic coated 1 5/8" shorty headers. i put them on before the rest of the exhaust, i noticed a nice bit of difference in the power but when i threw the bassani x-pipe and the flomaster catback sytem on it made a HUGE difference, not to mention it sounds like a demon... the ford racing headers look good and fit nicely and accepted the aftermarket pipes with no problem. the only downside to aftermarket headers is the added vibration tends to cause some of the header bolts to back out a little. its not a major isssue however ususally i check them every time i near an oil change and one or two need to be snugged up.
hope i helped
