Hey there guys...
Ok, so here is my issue, I have a 1998 Cobra that has about 92,000 miles on it. I just recently replaced the rear brakes and rotors, and have started hearing a rubbing noise in the what sounds like the back right when im driving the car. I thought it might have something to do with the c-clips, so i took it to the shop and checked them out. They are fine and there is no evidence of damage to the rotor. Here are some other symptoms of the problem... the sound wont happen right away, I have to be driving the car for several miles before I can hear the noise. also the more i drive the car on the same trip the louder the sound becomes. However, when i apply the brakes the sound stops completely until i resume driving. Sometimes when i let off the gas the sound stops, but then starts again as soon as i give it gas. also, when i turn the wheel the sounds stop momentarily. I can only hear the sound on the right side of the car... The only other thing i can think of is maybe its not the brakes at all. maybe its my tranny fluid being low??? or maybe the wheel bearings? I have no idea!
Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!! Thanks fellas! ![Headbang](https://themustangsource.com/forums/images/smilies/headbang.gif)
