1995 Mustang GT Overheating Help !!

Okay I have a 1995 mustang gt and I'm having a overheating problem.
Parts that needs repairing
Radiator Fan does not turn on
A/C does not come out my front vents blows warm air
Need a new IAC Valve

I checked the thermostat and it opens up so that can't be the problem Im guessing

When driving low speeds my engine heats up between the A&L before going down "Normal", after about 2 more miles it heats up again to the point I have to pull over

There is no white smoke or milky brown fluids coming from the engine or radiator

If anyone is having this problem please reply

sounds like there's a bigo air bubble in there. Have you ran/idled it with the rad cap off with the front end at a slight incline? Ran it for like 20 minutes until its good and warm and you can see the fluid flowing in the radiator
