17.8 or 17.9 wheels??

17.8 or 17.9 wheels??

So I am getting staggered wheels but for the front I am not sure if to go with stock or 17.9... Well the 17.9s affect the car or no and how?

I'd do 17/9s in front and 17/10.5s in the back

Will this setup fit my 97 or Will I have clearance problems in the back and how will it affect performance or handling?? Sorry I really want know before buying and having problems.
