You dont need a custom tune for those mods, and you will pick up some power from it, but with a custom tune, you will take full advantage of them as well as pick up more power overall. 03/04 cobra's respond very well to tuning and basically any mod you throw on it. If you swap out to a smaller blower pulley you will defintely need a tune.

thats a good combo. I have a setup like that. I followed the Bassani Exhaust and K&N CAI with a custom Diablo Tune. Still waiting to get a dyno run to see what im putting down.
