Welcome to TMS.
1) not sure on the fogs. I believe they are the same. Easiest way is to pull the bulb and just match the number.
2) that sounds too low but its your ride. I like Steeda for springs.
3) The stock Eaton will fit but the blower assembly is only one piece of the system. Heat exchanger, cooling tank pump hose system, belt system and pulleys, stuff I'm forgetting .........
I would highly recommend a centrifugal blower system instead. Vortec preferably.

Here's some info on the bulbs:

I wouldn't go that low either. 1.75 is all I'd go. Otherwise you risk scraping on EVERYTHING.
here's the springs that are on mine, and it's treacherous dealing with speed bumps and driveways as it is

Also you should really consider the centrifugal type blower. It's a much more useable set up on the cobra. Not as much low end torque so launches are not just straight burnouts.

fog light bulbs are 880's. Mine has been lowered 2 inches all the way around and I rarely scrape except for tall speed bumps.
Kenne Bell has a twin screw for these cars that comes with the charger, intake, intercooler, pumps, hoses, tank, and the heat exchanger http://kennebell.net/KBWebsite/SC_pg...cobramach1.htm

I cut my stock springs with a cut off wheel on a die grinder and a water bath. You can smoke the stock lights with a spray called night shades made by VHT. To install regular red tail lights you have to open up the kick panel on the driver side and fool with the wiring that goes back to the trunk. There's a jumper wire in there that has to be cut
