will 245/45/17's fit on a 17x9 inch rim???

I am looking at buying some 17x9 inch deep dish bullits for my car,a dn that is the size tires i am looking at getting. I just want to know if the 245/45/17's will fit on those 17x9's???

my 03 cobra wheels are 17x9, and they're 275. I know i could go wider, but not sure about narrower. Why not just get 275/40/17. The fat tires make mustangs look mean.

 

thank you thank you. i wanted to go as wide as I can and if those fit then I am going wide.

 

The 245/45/17s will fit, but 275/40s are the way to go.
