I don't really want to spend $200 on a metal tube, so I thought I'd just get the filter.
They make an American muscle brand cai for about 70 dollars, if your set on one.

I think it's $75. Is the tube worth an extra $25? Also, would the off brand filter be as good as the K&N?

I have no experience with cai. Maybe someone can pitch in. Glenn?

CAI are pretty much the biggest waste of money. Just get the filter and you'll see just as much power, roughly 1 hp or so, if your lucky. Save your money for some springs/shocks and wheels. Im with Glenn on loosing the molding on the side on the doors and I too had my spoiler moved back before I removed it all together and thought it look awesome. Those are just my opinions, other the the CAI thats pretty much truth.

And just to add, I have a chin spoiler and a 2 in drop and dont scrap my chin spoiler. As long as you are careful with parking barriers and such ( which you should be anyway) you wont have a problem.

I went to a wheels shop today and only saw a couple I liked. I like the bullitt wheels, but so many mustangs have them. I want something a little more unique.

Look at AmericanMuscle.com or 50resto.com. they both have a pretty good selection.

I'll check 'em out, thanks.
I'd like some with spokes. Does anyone know where I could find some like on the Super Snakes?

I have yet to see a replica wheel of those much less one for our cars. You could probably find a OEM set but they would have the wrong offset but they can work on our cars. They would also probably cost you a pretty penny as wheel.

Those look pretty cool, didn't know they made them for the newer stangs, my father had them on his 69 mach one. I was to young to remember but can you see out of the back window good? any laws saying you can't have those?

You can see straight through the louvers out the back no problem. Also, they're perfectly legal

I got my black 14" shorty antenna in the mail yesterday. It makes the car look better than I thought it would.
