To get that throaty roar..

My car is a 2002 v6; it's stock right now, and the sound is begging to be modded.

I'm looking for a louder, deeper sound without the popping that seems to be common among some of the exhaust / pipe systems..

What would you suggest?
I don't want it to sound like a ricer.

Get these this sound a lot better. I'm going to convert to this cat back. I have the offroad x pipe. So this will work... The best sound to me... My opinion of course..

What doesn't sound ricey? It seems every video and car I find, somebody's claiming it sounds ricey.
I wanna know what not ricey sounds like. o.O

edit: is it anything like this? because this..sounds like heaven to my ears. barely any crackling and popping.

Mods on that car: Tunable induction(demolet), full length cold air intake, MAC longtube headers, MAC H-pipe, 2 High flow catalytic convertors, 2 original 40 series flowmasters, 3.5 magnaflow tips

If you're going dual exhaust, please PLEASE get a GT rear fascia with the cut-outs. Otherwise it looks ridiculous (like in the video above).

I prefer the Pypes Pro Street exhaust. Last I remember they had no pop but a rediculously aggresive sound.

That's probably the best sounding exhaust on a sixer that I have ever heard!

To avoid sounding ricey invest in an aftermarket camshaft kit for ur sixer. Itle sound like a 5.0 when idling. 200 to 300 bucks but so worth it!

I'm thinking about going with Thrush. So far, they're the best I've heard on a V6.

He has another video of his exhaust on his channel. ^^

They look okay with chrome tips. It's not worth the money for a new bumper.
