Ford Dual Exhaust

what do you all think about this dual exhaust? I've been wanting one but I also just bought the extended warranty. Since its directly from Ford, it shouldnt void my warranty, right?

I was worried about that same thing when I was looking to upgrade my exhaust. I was told that since it's a bolt-on, that there shouldn't be any issues with the warranty. My exhaust was a custom job because I wanted it to be "true dual". Still no warranty problems.

Does anyone want to comment on this particular exhaust system or any similar set up? How does it sound? Performance? etc...

I did a lot of investigating on this issue before deciding to install true duals (GT takeoffs). Ford does not honor the factory warrantee on any aftermarket parts (non-stock) installed on your new car, even if they are Ford parts and installed by Ford. Seems odd, but that's the way the 3/36 Ford warrantee is written. So, the bad news is your warrantee is not applicable to any aftermarket add-ons, but your factory warrantee is not effected on the rest of the car, unless Ford can trace the source of your warrantee issue to the aftermarket parts.
