Does anyone know if I can build my own CAI using the metal pipes Stack Racing makes? They sell the tubing and filters at car part stores.

Saw your second post, if this was for your 03 V6, and sound is a priority, if you don't have one already look for upgrading exhaust. I put a K&N on mine and if I had to do it again, I wouldn't. I can't tell if I got the extra few HP and the headache of check engine light and having to check for the heavy filter coming loose is just a real pain. The sound, if you step on it hard you may have a slightly courser sound.

Bt the way, you can't go wrong with buying anything on americanmuscle....
