I swapped out my auto trans for a manual in my 1994 mustang, changed out all parts, computer, wiring harness, the whole nine yards, my problem is it wont start!!. Turns over fine that's it. Any ideas of what to check for next. All help would be appreciated. Thanks

 

My only thought was the clutch position sensor, but if it will turn over at all that isn't your problem.. I wish I could help, but maybe someone else can chime in.
