94-98 v6 swap to 2000 v6

My cousin in law wants my 2000 v6 engine in his 94-98 v6. I'm swapping to a 5.0 but he really is interested in my engine bc of all my up grades. What will he need in this swap besides my engine ,tuner, computer? Etc?

What upgrades have you done? Unless you've built the whole engine, I'd think that's just a waste of money.

I believe the only difference is the intake and the heads. The 99-04 are split port, the 94-98 are single port. Swap those two and he would have the same motor. There's some info in my v6 thread to do the swap. He doesn't need to do the whole motor though.

Nvm 1500$ that's heads included. Bead blasted heads, ported and polished intakes, and the FIPK K&N cool air intake with egr delete and bbk 65 mm throttle body

Or junkyard. Pull the heads and Upper/lower intake and you have a 99-04 V6. The port and polish are extra.
