75 302 in 96 mustang

Have a deal on a 302 that reds re building looking to get about 400hp out of it. I know I have to change the rear end to an 8.8 and the tranny. To put the 302 in the car though are the motor mounts different and what all needs to be changed?

You need a K member and mounts from a 94-95 gt. What transmission are you using?

Not to sure it's a mid 70's 302. I'd like to keep it a manual however it would be nice to have a 5 speed or a 6 speed behind it

If you keep the t5, depending on what year, you would just need to swap input shafts.

What's the best cam, crank, pistons, and head combination do you think?
