Hi, I am the proud owner of a 1998 3.8l v6 Mustang, I've been on alot of different forums, infact I even set up my dad's account on this forum (2008 Roushcharged Black Bullitt #1726, such an awesome car to drive, when he lets me) anyway, I have an E-test coming up soon and NEED new exhaust, I want to go dual though, I was just looking for some suggestions, oh and here are some pics of the car/s, oh and the silver 06 GT, that is my mothers, you could say were a bit like a Mustang family. The only things done to the V6 at the moment is a complete stereo system, smoked head/tailights and blacked out mustang lettering on the rear bumper, next is exhaust and window tint.

 

Take your dads rims he won't notice..LOL..I have those rims in grey on my 95..

 

What type of system are you looking for, catback, manifold back, or a full system?

I can't help with your exhaust problem but am also looking to beef up my Mustang. Was it hard to smoke your head/taillights? What about the black lettering on the bumper? Is that a relatively inexpensive mod?

 

The letters are cheap, less than 20$ from American muscle.
