Hi guys, my friend has an 89 fox 5.0 and he was wondering if my 05 5 Speed tranny from my GT would fit it and what further mods would it need (drive shaft, etc). Anybody try this? THanks. He is currently in the marines and will be getting out in Sept. and I would love for him to be able to use it.

 

I THINK the engine blocks are different.

 

The bellhousing bolt pattern is different.

 

Yeah, but they have kits so you can put a Coyote engine in a Fox with a Coyote swap kit. That would be super cool to have 435 or 460 HP all natural in a Fox. No super charging or Nos needed. Talk about a sleeper!
