TBI to EFI??

At the moment I have a 3.8 TBI and I have been having problems with it and there is NO performance market for this engine, but a guy I know is willing to sell me a 98 3.8 with 150k miles on it for 200. I've done a lot of work on cars but never anything like this and I was wondering how hard this would be and if anyone has ever done this? And yes I have considered a 5.0 but this is my DD and I like 25mpg since I drive an hour to work and back every day and also I don't have the money to upgrade my suspention and drive terrian at the moment. Any advise would be appreciated!

yeah they are very good with early foxes. It is nice to have a few sources to go to, we have good info also but for certian motors the info can be limited.
