What do you think of the SVO?

 

Just didn't like hood opening location. Understand why it's located there.

 

I always loved the SVO. They are so unique and had unique features that the 5.0 GTs didn't see for years, like 16" wheels and 4 wheel disc brakes. I'd still consider one if I could find a decent 85.5 or 86.

 

I'd love to own a SVO one day.

 

Why on earth would anyone want a 5.0 in an SVO? The engine is one of the things that makes an SVO what it is! Take it away, and its just another Fox with 4-wheel discs and a funky spoiler.

now if the 5.0 was turbo'd. That would be the sweet package.

 

I want a 460 with a twin Turbo in a SVO body, But thats just me

 

i wouldnt change anything on the SVO. they have a very good package, light weight good power and will out handle pretty much any fox body. if i could find a mint one for a good price id go with the 85.5 compitetion prep. that was the rarest of the SVO's

 

I think the 93 cobra would out do the SVO

 

I bought one new in 84 . Cool car stile own one today.

 

Heres a 79 cobra i made into an 85 svo has 466 with a c6 373

In 84 i was in tech school taking commercial art. A slide show was one assignment, I did mine on the then HIGH TECH 1984 SVO...!

I had about 300 slides.

There is just something about the lines on this car that really makes me want to sell my 91 and go buy a four eye or SVO! I know I know they are pretty much the same....
