Rear gear ratio questions?
I have a 1990 mustang all stock with AOD and 2.73 gear ratio.
I want to change the rear gear ratio, trying to decide 3.27 or 3.55.
I know lots of people will say to go with 3.73 with the auto but this car is a cruiser not a racer, just trying to help it get out of its own way!
I do mainly freeway driving and commuting with this car so fuel economy and the ability to cruise at 80+ mph is important (Yes I know what the speed limit is)![Big Grin](https://themustangsource.com/forums/images/smilies/biggrin.gif)
Does any one have a AOD and 3.27 or 3.55 gears?
I would love some feed back from people with personal experience ( not just restating somthing they read or heard from a buddy)
Thanks in advance!
