Can somebody tell me what the difference is between the body of a 93 Cobra and an 89 gt is. I know the rear bumber and tail lights, but are the side skirts and front bumper cover different or the same?

Are you wanting to replace damaged parts or create a clone?
The bumper skirts and side skirts are different.
Had a '93 cobra and sold it in 2003, God I miss that car. But I loved the money that I made.

If you are wanting to "clone" one of these, there are body kits out there that are close enough to fool all but the serious.

Cervani? (spelling) or the body kit ad (2 pages) in the Mustang trader
I think it's Body kits r us or body kit man.
Also those ads in 5.0 or MMFF magazine.
Maybe Street Scene or Mustangs unlimited.

Good luck, some of these kit manufactures are better than others. As far as fit and paint surface finish.

It should look good when finished, just don't let me hear about you putting Cobra emblems on it. HA HA

The overall look is great for those years of cars.

Oh you know I gotta put the cobra emblems on it!! I have the gt now so I'm trying to make up my mind if I really want to spend the money for the cobra look-a-like. So many decisions, so little money!!

Cervini's pieces are the best in regards to fitment and quality. It is kind of expensive though to buy all the body pieces.

After you put them on you will have to replace the tailpipes with LX style and modify the hangars

Yeah I was just looking at Cervini's website, I think for the price I'd pay for the kit I'd rather just get one of their ram air hoods and the stalker front bumper cover.
