Someone want to take my first love off my hands before I try and sell her parts? My dad bought this pace car new in '79 in Texas (something about the V8 not being sold in CA at the time) and later gave her to me as my first car. I worked 2 full years full time and gave 70% of my income to this car then bought new car and sold this one to my friend with intent of buying back later. bought her back and havent had the time or resources to do what i'd like to her so here i am.

Go Mods:

1) T-5 Tremec
2) rebuilt engine with roughly 70k on it
-forged rods(forgot if the pistons are forged, crank is not)
-480ish cfm 2 barrel holley.
-MSD race distributor
-a/c deleted
-battery moved to trunk
3) centerforce dual friction.
4) switched out the 7.5" rear for an 8.8"(the posi-trac is toast, ie one wheel burnouts)
5) Threw away the original single exhaust system, replaced with stainless dual setup with shorty ceramic headers, cats and dynamax, passes CA smog.
6) racecraft subframe connectors
7) Engine has NEVER broken down, it's a trooper, and sounds the part.
8) BBK lowering springs w/ monroe sensatracs
9) Ford racing front lower control arms (oe ones were worn)

Other mods:

1) Cervini cowl hood for 1985 gt
2) 1985 GT front fascia (original was destroyed by a curb)
3) piaa foglights
4) later-model fox glass rear quarter panels
5) momo competition steering wheel
6) rear speakers relocated from trunk to interior cabin
7) saleen rear spoiler
8) turbine rims

That's all. no dents. It was in one small accident its whole life (not my fault btw, has been repaired), frame is straight. Brakes are shot, it cannot be driven because of this. there is a spot of rust at the front corner of the sunroof. Paint is fubar. tires are rubbish. interior is fubar, friend tossed the original recaro's , clear title. this is what she looked like before i sold her, she looks nothing like that now and the new pics I have of her are too big so I'll take more tomorrow and get them up.
