Unhappy passenger window stopped working

one day out of the blue, i went out to get in my 1990 GT 5speed hatch to go to work and my passenger side window wouldn't go down. i used it just the night before. the driver side works fine. when you press the driver side window switch you can see the voltmeter on the dash register the use of power but when you press the passenger switch no change in voltage is registered. also, no noises or any signs of anything trying to work when you press the pass window switch on either of the doors. anyone have any ideas on where i should start? at first i thought maybe i kicked a fuse but after reviewing the fuses in the manual, the rest of the components on the pass window fuse are all working. Any tips or advice would be awesome.
Thanks!

It might be the switch. Have you tried both switches for the passenger window? If neither works, it might be the motor.

After making sure any fuses or relays are ok, I'd pull the door panel and measure voltage at the motor and see if power is getting there.

I had the same problem on my wife's 2005 Saturn. Switch one year, then over the course of about 2 more years, all four power window motors died on the car and I replaced them all.
