Nicely built 1993 Ford Mustang LX Coupe 5spd

This car looks like lots of work went into it, do you guys think its worth the asking price of $13500?

From the article:
This 1993 Ford Mustang LX coupe is a 5-speed car that the seller has gone out of his way to build into a stealth rocketship. It maintains the stock 10-hole wheels and has some geriatric props added to the parcel shelf, but underneath it is a serious build with a later Ford 4.6L 24-valve V8, a tubular K-member, and cheater slicks.

No it's not worth the asking price. You could build it for cheaper and get away from that God awful blue interior. It's really not worth more than $9k tops. Maybe if it were a Coyote swap, the engine alone would fetch a higher price. Other than a pristine 93 cobra or a very early Saleen, not many Fox bodies worth more than $10k.

Maybe it's not worth it in your eyes but I'd like to see you buy and then build a fox similar for less than 13,500. lol. I agree that most people over price their Foxbodies, even Cobras/Saleens, but 13500 for what's pictured isn't a ridiculous price.. But then again that's my opinion, which means OP should decide on if it's worth it to him. Not me or you..

Well I've seen full Terminator swapped notchbacks including full interior and IRS that barely bring that money. This car is not a 4V motor. Looks like no heat or A/C either. The money is just not there. And yes it can be built for less or at least I can build it for less with better options. Unless it's a truly special Fox or a really great build, it just won't fetch over $10k.

Cool

Sounds like a good price to me. I don't care for the blue interior. If I were to buy the car, I would get some different seats and paint the dash black and dye the carpets black. The white exterior could be enhanced with some red-yellow-orange flames to eliminate the stealth look.
