Mustang Towing
I found a really nice 91 5.0 LX in AZ and I plan on towing it back to MI. It is an auto.so I am wondering if I can dolly tow it 2000mi.? If so should it be backed on the dolly? If towed rear whls. down should I pull the driveshaft or just put it in neutral? Dolly rental is $250.00 vs. $460.00 for a car trailer. All advice will be gratefully appreciated

The times when I had my car towed it we towed with the rear in the air and locked the front wheels. That wasonly about 20 miles though.
For 2000 i think a car trailer would be worth the price.
