Mass air question?

What's up guys, new to the forum..
I have a 1993 mustang with stock mass air and stock injectors, can I use a 1994-95 mustang mass air with sensor # f2vf-128b579-a2a. I was told it would work with an adapter plate. It's free so I would like to use it if possible.. Thanks

It will work and you need to take out the "8" it's 12B579. I never even seen the darn typo so I fixed it, it should be 579 not 572 so my bad but now it is fixed. your maf is from the town car but it will work fine.
