Hey everyone ....Many of you may know me from the 2005 section. I recently bought a 1987 LX vert from the original owner in Dallas. Car had 24,100 original miles on it when I picked it up. Guy gave me the window sticker, original paperwork, original set of 10 hole wheels, and all the receipts! Sweet thing is the car is totally unmolested except for some ARE Saleen type wheels he put on back in the day. Garage kept and babied its whole life. I really hated to change it, but the mod bug has already taken over and the mods are snowballing now! LOL So far I've done window tint, short throw shifter, CAI, BBK Long Tube's, BBK H-pipe w/hiflow cats, 2 chamber Flows, Edelbrock Perf. RPM II upper and lower intake, 70mm TB, alum. driveshaft, and 3.73's! Mods have made a huge difference in the car and it sounds mean as heck.....Injectors, fuel pump, vortech, etc are all planned between now and December. Also just bought some chrome 17" 4 lug cobra r's that are going on this week. Let me know what ya'll think of her so far! I've put another 1000 miles on her in the first week and she's enjoying stretching her legs!

5900 bones....thought it was a great buy as it's in like-new condition inside and out and just the 24k miles....Guy had just bought a '05 GT vert and didn't have room to keep this and his 300 and his wife's SUV in the 3 car garage....I'll have to find some interior pics as it is CLEAN inside!

trunklid....the original paint is in super shape as it was always garaged....whole car is pretty much spotless!

 

That's what happens when you're in the right place at the right time. John, my wife and I were out your way last August in the Mach. Took her out there to catch up on some old friends. She lived in Clear Lake for 20 years before she moved back home to N. Alabama.

I just want to know what kind of mods you are making to that trike that's inbetween the cars in the garage.

 

LOL...my son would like that....kid wants to go faster and faster in the stangs or he gets upset! The faster I go the more he laughs! I hope to have some wheel pics within a week or two.....thanks for the props on the car amigo!
