What are torque specs on bolting down aluminum GT 40 plenium upper to the lower intake, thanks.........

 

Just snug it tight....the torque spec is less than what most torque wrenches show(most start at 30lbs). DO NOT overtighten it...just snug it down tight but don't put all your muscle into it or you will break the lower intake....seen that done by people lots of times. The actual torque spec(going from memory) is around 12-14 ft. lbs. which isn't a whole lot.
