Finished Restoring Exterior, Engine Bay

So I finished restoring the exterior and engine bay.

There are a few details I'd still like to do like repaint the yellow on some of the writing on the cap and other things here and there but I figured I would post now anyway since those things are minor.

I also included an interor shot. The only thing I really want to do interior-wise is maybe get a new driver's seat... but I haven't been able to find one. So if anyone has a line on one let me know

do you need a whole new seat or just to have it re-covered maybe?

Thanks guys

I looked into covers, but from what I understand the covers from 50resto don't match exactly so I would have to recover the whole car and I don't need or want to do that... besides I don't know what kind of quality those covers have.

I would like to find a new seat but haven't been able to yet. Most of the seats I find are in worse condition than the one I already have unfortunately

Thanks

Yeah I was lucky enough to have a really good car to start with. I bought it new and drove it all through college and put about 150k on it before we moved out here to California.

When we moved here I decided to start restoring it... it's been kind of an ongoing process. A new part here a new part there... and when I can find a good deal on parts. And it's still going

it does look like a brand new car, I can see a 3g alternator and maybe a new IAC valve?

Probably better than new. I'm jealous! J/K. Great car! The effort you put into it is pretty obvious. You even have the rubber distributor cover on it - I got 2 of those sitting around somewhere...
