Door alignment problems
For some reason we are having door alignment problems with my dad's 93 LX. We've replaced the pins (which was a b****!!!) and the weatherstripping (just becuase they were tore up really bad). Ive also messed around with the strikers trying to get them to line but but im still having problems with them. Here are the main things:
Left door:
Weatherstrip wants to cinkle up ontop of lip of door right above window.
The latch doesnt want to hit the striker dead on, it wants to hit the top angled metal of the latch.
I think that is all
Right door;
Doesnt want to shut all the way.
The striker is missing the bushing.
The hinges are not the ones that came on the car (the door has been replaced for one reason or another and the hinges that were with the door were used.
Weatherstripping is doing good though.
Any help is greatly appreciated!!

Your right about that. My dad got a bushing from NAPA and it allowed the door to close all the way (yeah). I also replaced the one on the drivers side but it didnt help the door any. Now it looks like a hinge problem (right side). I was told that I could lossen the hinges and move the door around. If thats true how much of a paint would that be?
