I've got an '89 GT Vert and was never aware there was a headliner that was supposed to be on these. They sell them on 50resto and I am wondering if anyone has experience with them??

 

Your car did not come with a headliner....they came out in or around 1992 I believe. I bought one from 50resto for a '90 and it was such a pain to try to install that I never did. Instructions are non existent and you have Velcro that is supposed to hold it and it just doesn't do the job. This reminds me that I need to find that headliner and put it on ebay and get rid of it.

 

I agree with svopaul. I have had no reason to buy one of those. If I do, I would like to put in a better system - perhaps a snap button system.
