Buzzzzzing Door Lock!

Buzzzzzing Door Lock!
I have power locks and I go to lock my doors today. I hit the lock button and when the passenger side lock **** is down it buzzes REALLY loud. The door opens fine, and unlocks fine. It just buzzes when I go to lock the door. What the heck can this be? Is something loose or out of alignment in the door panel for the lock? Any way to fix this?

Sounds like the lock solenoid's electric coil is getting weak. You could pull the door panel and double check to make sure nothing is loose, but it's common for any solenoid to buzz as it gets older and weaker.

You may be on the right track. Though the buzzing doesnt sound electrical, I should have explained that it sounded like something is vibrating very bad on/in the metal door, just inside where the opening is for the door jam mechanism is. I will take the door panel off. Is it anything really hard to do on a 93 GT? I know on some cars its a PITA.
