5.0 resto has a bunch of them listed but doesnt desricbe what they fit.

Mustangs unlimited might have one also.

I don't know if this link will work but after going to Autozone.com I answered all the questions I could and they asked for a ford factory number.

Thus, It looks promising they even had a number for Canada to call.
