Another 5.0L Question..

alright so im looking up an E303 cam for the 5.0L and it says the power curve on it goes up to 5500-5800rpms... or at least thats what ive read in the range of. IIRC stock went up to 5250 or somewhere around there. my question is how much of a boost in power would one expect to see with an E303 cam and how much power could you get out of it max?? (forgive me if it doesnt sound like a legit question.. still learning)

Just cam probably 15and a little more than that on torque but it's where these gains are that matters. Heads cam and intake on stock 5.0 be close if not 300hp depending on heads

Just seen a generic 302 (5.0) in Jegs rated 340 but like flagstaff said probably 360 might wanna keep some fresh underware handy first time you drive it lol

i mean the 80s/90s 5.0L lol.....what's up with that comment plenty of power can be made with 80's/90's 5.0's. Just gotta spend the money like anything else. I understand that the newer stang's basically buy a supercharger and get huge gains but with that 5,500 installed probably I could make my 89 LX just as quick. Just sticking up for my old but goody 5.0 :-)
