93 mustang lx rear brake question

Working on my 16 yr. old daughters 93 mustang lx with the 4cyl. eng. I was trying to replace the drum brakes and the parking brake cables (rusted in place). I am having real trouble locating the correct cables. So far Fox Mustang Restoration has been able to locate the left side cable @ $110 and only 2 available in the WORLD. Still looking for the right side... My question is...How difficult would it be to find the disc brakes and convert it over? What all needs to be replaced (ie. master cylinder, proportioning valve.)? Car is currently 4 lug and would like to stay that way for now. Not looking to spend a fortune on this, but want it to be safe for her.

Thanks, Jeff

I would think someone would be able to make one for you if you can't find one some where

Thanks, I'll keep checking. O'reillys showed 2 different cables, but neither would work when I checked them. Thats why I started checking dealers. I will keep looking though. Thanks again for the reply.
