Hot Rod Magazine (aug 04) has a feature about a 65 fastback, with an 03 cobra Mil. It's an amazing ride putting out 650 RWHP and some pretty trick suspension. The article basically says they are going to be producing them turn key for those with DEEP POCKETBOOKS. Amazing car.

Can't wait to see the article. Got to check the car out "just a little" at Nashville. Some really nice ideas!

This is a market/industry that is ready to take off. Classic Mustangs are reaching the desireability level where restoration/performance building can become a factory like process. Unique is proving it and several others are now poised to follow... DM and Y1

Correct me if I'm wrong, but it was my impression from that article that they are not mass producing anything. This Mustang was in the tradition of the last few years where Year One has modified 1 car per year (one in the past was a white w/orange 1st gen Camaro 'vert with an LS1 in it). With this Mustang, they are announcing that they are going to produce one-off street rods, each being unique. At least, that's what I got out of it.

hmmm. That must be why their prices are kinda high....having to recompense for all those high-class 'catalog' cars in there..... *eyeroll*
