Well, it appears that giant pothole in Iowa has egg-shapped one of my rear wheels. I measure .100-.120 out of round. No side-to-side bend, just out of round. All the other wheels were .010-.020.

Anybody ever have a wheel straightened by someone like Stockton Wheel? Any other recommendations??? I'm bumming..

Never done it. But there are plenty of places that do it. Maybe you could get one more local? http://www.wheelcollision.com is in PA... they advertise in Car and Driver which is pricey so they must be doing pretty well.

Agreed. You should be able to find someone local so that you can avoid shipping on top of whatever it would take to fix it in the first place. People have bent rims fixed all the time, and in my experience, almost always with perfect results.

You might ask on www.ricerdubsfoyoride.com

I'm sure they bend rims all the time with those 20-series tires. You should be able to find something local. I'd call the local custom wheel/tire store.

They're about an hour from me, and have done pretty reputable work from what I have heard and seen.
